This is one of the most difficult concepts for me to explain to anybody. I have been nurturing these thoughts for years. The idea of an essential couple of flaws in any harmonious system is purely my own concept; I have not received it from any external source. It may be that this idea is presented somewhere on the Internet, but I find it unnecessary to find it out.
The concept of the essential flaw can be imagined easily if we take an example of strret cafe. If I find that everything in this cafe is ideal — the walls color, the chairs, the waiters, the music, the menu — I get the feeling that it is not pleasant to stay here since it feels unnatural.
If we envision a manufacturing company, you may state that imperfections are unwelcome — you don’t want to incur defects during the production of vehicles, for instance. Yes, I agree with you entirely. Still, those flaws can be found not in the production line — you may encounter a queer secretary in the office and wonder why on Earth don’t they sack her cause she is a total geek — but by the law of this mysterious harmony of the Universe she must be present in the company for the completeness of the system.
In space we can see some perfect stars, planets as well as various chunks and other debris flying loosely and spoiling the image of the great universe. Yet they are present, and the universe is perfect due to their presence. Once we remove the debris, something will change — and nobody knows if that change is for the better.
A whiff of chaos in the ocean of harmony is essential. So, before criticising a company, for instance, let us hold on for a sec and feel the deep hidden meaning in this composition.
If you start a company or a project — it is not necessary to make it flawless. People will love you for your so-called drawbacks probably more thn for your perfection. So, be unique, not perfect and run off the mill. Introduce something into your offices or staff to make people feel your naturalness — they will make friends with you faster.
