One of the most important and most difficult to optimize and harmonize systems in our world is an educational system. Whether we are speaking about the governmental education system of secondary education, or we view some local language courses — they are extremely intricate mainly because they involve 99% of human interaction. Unlike huge technological systems (and even there people mean everything, but not so much) — educational systems rely on teachers’ talents and love to humans. Even equipped with the high-tech broadcasting equipment to provide online education, seminars, webinars — an educational system delivers mediocre results if it is not harmonious in terms of its inner desire to help students evolve for their own good.
Most governments realize that investments into education are the most profitable in the long run, so they gladly give money for educational systems «improvement». However, in order to be able to REALLY improve an educational system and boost its efficiency, one needs to be a genius — and we are sure that such people exist and they would gradually transform global education systems into something more beneficial to younger generation than what they are today.
Love to children, teens, young people lies in the heart of the System of Education. At least, it should be so. But quite often we can meet at schools, colleges or universities the so-called «teachers» and «professors» who are either «appendices» to textbooks, or even worse, are killers of the young people’s creative capacities. I, Dmytro, the author of this post, have worked in the education system all my life. The broader your perspective becomes, the more contrast you begin to see between a hypothetical «ideal» educational systems and those that are functioning nowadays.
Yep, I admit that criticizing does not require a lot of intelligence, and a much more noble endeavor would be to offer your own optimization and harmonization ideas. Also, I realize that an «ideal» system is not likely to be present on this planet since we are all unique and thus we view the so-called «truth» from millions of vantage points. And still, I am sure that there are hundreds of aspect of any educational system that can be harmonized. And, as I have already mentioned, 99% depends upon the level of commitment and dedication on the part of Teachers. Only after that we can optimize the technical aspect — otherwise it will be a waste of time, effort, and money.
So, if you are an educational organization and you fell you still want some improvement and harmonization — we are here to help! We possess that desirable feeling and vision of the System, which is so essential to making your educational company function more efficiently and effectively.
Feel good and get pleasure from what you are doing!)
