We are deeply convinced that there is ONE AND UNIVERSAL Approach to harmonization and optimization (but not necessarily optimization) of any system. In other words, I, as a creative consultant, enter the same state of mind and feel the same mental impulses and sensations whether I am embracing and harmonizing the system of a huge international corporation or the system of teaching kids at some local language courses.
As mentioned above, a harmonious system does not always mean optimized system. There are optimally structured systems in management, production, servicing, which are not harmonious. If I as the owner of a business had to choose between an «ideal» optimized system and a semi-chaotic but harmonious one, I would definitely prefer the latter. Excessive optimization is unnatural to the Universe and alien to people’s nature. There are no ideally proportionate systems in nature. Only humans aim at making their business systems ideal and thus vulnerable to periodic natural emergencies. The more proportionate the structure, the easier it collapses under the impact of unexpected happenings. However, the Harmonious System will withstand and remodel itself.
The principle of universal harmonization of any system lies in the feeling of absolute clarity and satisfaction experienced by a developed human mind as a result of embracing the system and/or harmonizing it.
It makes sense to avoid craving perfection in building any business system. The very concept of harmony cannot be conceived by a mind that is utilizing formal logic. The concepts of good judgement, formal logic, common sense all differ from one another. Thus we can (and probably should) resort to the very FEELING of a system’s harmony and efficiency. The word FEELING means not only emotion of everyday interactions. It may mean the combination of conscious and subconscious impulses from our MIND, which is too powerful to be shackled into the frames of common logic.
OK, my friend, I truly admit that if you have had the patience to read to this very sentence, I have really incumbered you with my speculations.:)) Let us remember that far from all thoughts and ideas can be conveyed by virtue of words.
