If anything looks and feels wonderful, it is such. Whether it is a company, or a painting, or a building, or a vehicle. We perceive the perfection of any system because of our innate ability to conceive the holographic beauty of the Universe.
A business can operate excellently even if it is not structured according to well accepted rules of management. Very often, those huge firms collapse even though they are being consulted by the well-known consulting agencies. At the same time, a small private company runs for years despite being managed by its sei-literate owner who has never read any textbook on management or economics, let alone financial consulting.
We can feel the phenomenon of inner harmony of the system on any object — let us take for instance a cafe. There are some coffe-shops that cause you return to them over and over again. Meanwhile, plush restaurants open and close one by one (with the exception of those artificially supplied with money through money laundering or other not very positive schemes). When you visit a cafe with a harmonious core and system, you feel something about it that can not be easily described with words. The same feeling of admiration you feel while observing certain natural phenomena, or an animal — the beauty of the Universe is revealed in any object of nature or in those man-made objects or processes which are created and operated in compliance with Laws of Harmony of the Universe.
We speak about the holographic principle of harmony of systems because it is obvious in the world around us. More often than not we see that Formal Logic and Math do not suffice to describe certain principles of harmony of any process or a system. Even human language is limited in its power of expression.
Briefly, if you look or think of an object or a business or a phenomenon and you feel pleasant exhilaration and elation about it — most probably this company is operated according to Laws of Harmony of the Universe.
If a reader may think that these ideas are too esoteric to be put into practice, let me assure you that they are more tangible and solid than huge mathematical equations and massive theories propagated by professors at universities or well-established consulting companies.
